Q: How soon can my office furniture order be delivered?
A: If the items you have purchased are in stock, your order will be delivered within ± 4 working days. Any other office furniture item that has to be manufactured, has a lead time of ± 15-21 working days. Please keep in mind that different items require a different lead time, for instance an operator chair could take 12 working days but a double seater sofa has a lead time of 4-6 weeks. Therefore it is always a good idea to allow ample time between placing your order and the delivery date.
Q: What is covered under my chair Warranty/Guarantee?
A: When chairs cover a Warranty (this can be anything from 2, 5, 7 or even 10 years) it is a factory guarantee and usually for the workmanship & components of the chair excluding fabric, used under conditions of normal wear and tear. An 8 hour day, 5 days a week is considered “normal” use. Chairs are guaranteed for a maximum weight capacity of ± 120kgs, unless otherwise stipulated.
Q: What are your payment terms?
A: On stock items we need full payment upfront. As most office furniture will be manufactured, our terms are 85% deposit, balance before dispatch of goods. We do offer a 5% discount for full payment upfront on medium to large orders.
Q: Are you sensitive to my budget?
A: Yes. We will always enquire if there is a budget we should work with. We are not trying to sell you the most expensive item. We will work with you to find the right item at the right price. Keep in mind that certain items do carry a larger price tag, but we will always try and find a great alternative, without compromising on the quality.
Q: I bought office furniture from ITO Furniture. I see there’s an installation fee. Can I assemble these items myself?
A: You are welcome to install these items yourself but it is not recommended. Should any damage arise while assembling the item yourself, your warranty will be cancelled. Our professional installers know exactly how to assemble your office furniture, they have been doing it for years. They also carry the cost should any damage occur while they are assembling.

A: Yes we do. Courier costs will apply.
